This is where the fun begins!  We will set up and view homes that work within the parameters that you set. Once we find the right home we will then submit an offer for the property.

This is where our team has a chance to shine. We will work with the sellers agent to negotiate the purchase price, closing costs, and other terms in the contract to try to get a win-win situation.

If we are able to do so at this point we will conduct a home inspection. This is where we hire a professional to assess the property's condition.

Banks will require an appraisal.  This is done to ensure the property's value is consistent with the purchase price. Think of it as another layer of protection for you.

Although you started your mortgage application after ratification.  This is the point where the final documents and request are made for you to close on the loan.
